About the Role
As an Advanced Practice Provider (APP), you will:
- Provide high-quality care to patients in urgent and primary care settings
- Take detailed medical histories, perform assessments, and order labs and imaging as appropriate
- Formulate diagnoses and create treatment plans, including referrals when necessary
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide stabilization when needed
- Educate patients and families on healthcare, disease prevention, and wellness
- Collaborate with a supportive team of providers and staff to ensure smooth patient flow
This role may vary slightly by location, as we are a franchised company.
What We’re Looking For

ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA Board Certified (1+ year ER/UC experience preferred)
- Active PA or NP license, DEA, and state-controlled substance certification as required
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Professional demeanor and appearance
- Ability to multi-task and work independently
